Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Shrimp Smart (operated by SP Enterprises), we value customer satisfaction and transparency. Since our products are digital downloads, we have outlined clear and fair refund guidelines below.

1. Cancellation Policy

All purchases made through shrimpsmart.shop are for digital goods only — PDFs, guidebooks, and Excel calculators that are instantly delivered upon successful payment. Once the transaction is completed and access is provided, cancellations are not applicable.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

• If the customer did not receive download access after successful payment.
• If there is a proven technical issue preventing access to the purchased files, and the issue is not resolved within a reasonable time.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase by emailing us at sp_enterprises33@yahoo.com with proof of payment and issue details.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• If the digital files have already been successfully downloaded or accessed.
• If the dissatisfaction arises due to misunderstanding of product content or failure to use the material effectively.
• If the user purchased the product by mistake or without reading the description properly.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method (UPI, card, or net banking) within 5–7 business days. In certain cases, bank processing times may cause slight delays.
